Money.School Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- You must be an active, paying member of Money.School to join the affiliate program.
- If you cancel or stop your Money.School membership, your affiliate account will be immediately suspended. The account will then be permanently terminated upon manual review, typically within five (5) business days, and all future commission payments will cease from the date of membership cancellation.
2. Joining the Program
- Affiliates' access will be approved once they apply.
- Money.School reserves the right to terminate an affiliates participation at any time, with or without cause.
3. Tracking & Attribution
- Our system uses 30-day cookies to track referrals.
- If someone clicks your affiliate link and joins within 30 days, you earn the commission.
- We use first-click attribution – whichever affiliate’s link the customer first used to sign up is the one credited with the sale.
4. Commission & Payments
- You earn up to 50% commission on all membership payments (monthly, annual, and lifetime access).
- Commissions apply to every recurring subscription payment made by your referrals, for as long as they remain a paying member.
- Payments are made via PayPal only. No other payment methods are supported.
- There is no minimum payout threshold.
- Payments are made on a fixed monthly schedule after the 30 day refund period has closed for each qualifying sale.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, no commission will be paid. If a commission has already been paid for a transaction that is later refunded. We reserve the right to deduct the equivalent commission amount from your future payments.
5. Promotion Rules
- Affiliates are welcome to promote Money.School in most ways, but there are some restrictions:
- Allowed: blogs, social media, email marketing, YouTube, paid ads, podcasts, communities, etc.
- Not allowed: bidding on our brand name including but not limited to (Money.School, Property.School, Rob Moore, Progressive Success, Progressive Property, etc.) in Google Ads or similar platforms.
- Not allowed: promoting on illegal, offensive, or adult content websites.
- You must use official pricing. Creating your own discounts, coupons, or unauthorised offers is not permitted.
- You are permitted to use Money.School logos, banners, and copy provided by us.
6. Fraud & Termination
- Fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Self-referrals (using your own link to sign up).
- Fake leads or fake accounts.
- Using stolen credit cards or other dishonest methods.
- Any affiliate found engaging in fraud will have their account terminated immediately and all unpaid commissions forfeited. Money.School reserves the right to remove any affiliate from the program at any time.

7. Data Protection & Privacy
- The Affiliate and Money.School acknowledge their respective obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
- Affiliate's Obligations: The Affiliate is solely responsible for ensuring its own promotional activities, including any data collection, are fully compliant with all applicable data protection laws. This includes obtaining all necessary consents from users before placing any cookies, collecting personal data, or sending direct marketing communications.
- Money.School's Use of Data: The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that Money.School uses cookies and other tracking technologies to process data for the purpose of tracking affiliate referrals and commissions. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Money.School website.
8. Compliance
- Affiliates must follow the ASA rules and all advertising laws, including disclosing that you earn a commission (for example, stating “I may earn a commission if you join through my link”).
9. Independent Contractor Status
- The relationship between Money.School and the Affiliate is that of an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. The Affiliate has no authority to bind Money.School or to make any representations on behalf of Money.School.
10. Indemnification
- The Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Money.School, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the Affiliate’s promotion of Money.School, including but not limited to any claims based on false advertising, libel, or intellectual property infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Money.School shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
- Money.School's total liability to the Affiliate under this agreement shall not exceed the total commission fees paid to the Affiliate over the six months preceding the dispute.
12. Legal
- This agreement is governed by the Laws of the United Kingdom.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith mediation before initiating any legal action. - Money.School may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation means you accept the new terms.
